CANCELLATIONS
Appointments cancelled on the day or with less than 24hrs notice will be charged at 50% of the treatment cost.
RESCHEDULING
Appointments that require Rescheduling with less than 24hrs notice from the appointment time will be charged at 50% of the treatment cost.
NO SHOWS
Failure to show for an appointment will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost and will require a 50% deposit for all future bookings.
DEPOSITS
Some treatments/appointment times may require a 50% deposit.
TREATMENTS FOR UNDER 18s
Under 18s must have parental consent and be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
CHILDREN & BABIES
For health & safety and insurance reasons, children and babies are not permitted in the Hub.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase
Gift vouchers are not cash redeemable or refundable.
Gift vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any offers or discounts.
Please remember to bring your gift voucher with you to your appointment.
In the event of a no show or a cancellation without 24 hours notice given to cancel or change the appointment, the gift voucher will no longer be valid.
